AN ACT
1 Prohibiting an increase in the price of fuel oil and kerosene
2 under certain conditions and imposing a penalty.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. No person shall increase the price of fuel oil or
6 kerosene during a state of emergency declared by the Governor
7 resulting from a natural disaster or severe weather conditions
8 unless such increase be approved by the Governor's Energy
9 Council.
10 Section 2. Any person who violates the provisions of this
11 act shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
