AN ACT
1 Amending the act of November 27, 1970 (P.L.773, No.256),
2 entitled "A supplement to the act of November 25, 1969
3 (P.L.310, No.133), entitled 'An act providing for the capital
4 budget for the fiscal year 1969-1970,' itemizing public
5 improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the
6 General State Authority, together with their estimated
7 financial costs," deleting the authorization of a project and
8 adding the authorization of a project.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. The project authorization of clause A and
12 Subdivision IX, and project (116) of Subdivision IX of section
13 2, act of November 27, 1970 (P.L.773, No.256), known as the
14 "Capital Budget Act for Fiscal Year 1969-1970, Public
15 Improvement Project Itemization Supplement--General State
16 Authority," are amended or deleted and the section is amended by
17 adding a project to read:
18 Section 2. Itemization and Authorization of Projects.--
19 Additional capital projects in the category of public
20 improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the
21 General State Authority, its successors or assigns, and to be
1 financed by the incurring of debt, are hereby itemized, together
2 with their respective estimated financial costs and the total
3 additional amount authorized for public improvement projects, as
4 follows:
