AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to Fayette Heritage, Inc., trustee for
2 the Fayette County Amphitheatre.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $75,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to Fayette Heritage, Inc.,
7 trustee for the Fayette County Amphitheatre, for the fiscal
8 period July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978, for the general operation
9 of the planetarium and institute.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
