AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from the State Employees' Retirement
2 Fund to provide for expenses of the State Employees'
3 Retirement Board for the fiscal period July 1, 1976 to June
4 30, 1977 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
5 unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30,
6 1976.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The sum of $1,596,000 or as much thereof as may
10 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated from the State
11 Employees' Retirement Fund to the State Employees' Retirement
12 Board for the payment of all salaries, wages and other
13 compensation and travel expenses of the employees and members of
14 the State Employees' Retirement Board, for contractual services
15 and other expenses necessary for the proper conduct of the
16 duties, functions and activities of the board for the fiscal
17 period beginning July 1, 1976 and for the payment of bills
18 incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period
19 ending June 30, 1976.
20 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1976.
