AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
2 Resources out of various funds for payment of annual fixed
3 charges in lieu of taxes to political subdivisions or school
4 districts on lands acquired by the Commonwealth for Project
5 70.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
9 necessary, are hereby appropriated out of the funds indicated to
10 the Department of Environmental Resources for the fiscal period
11 July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976, for payment of annual fixed
12 charges in lieu of taxes to political subdivisions or school
13 districts on land acquired by the Commonwealth under Project 70
14 as provided in the act of June 22, 1964 (P.L.131, No.8), known
15 as the "Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act":
16 Out of the Game Fund............................... $10,000
17 Out of the Fish Fund............................... 2,000
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
