AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Dickinson School of Law,
2 Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $99,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Dickinson
7 School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period
8 July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976, for instruction in the School of
9 Law only.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Dickinson School of Law,
11 Carlisle, Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation provided
12 in section 1 shall be on the basis of costs during the fiscal
13 period.
14 Section 3. The Dickinson School of Law shall provide such
15 information and in such form and manner as the Department of
16 Education may prescribe.
17 Section 4. The Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle,
18 Pennsylvania shall report its revenues and expenditures and
1 present its financial statements in accordance with generally
2 accepted accounting principles and procedures for educational
3 institutions as set forth in the "Industry Audit Guide for
4 Colleges and Universities" of the American Institute of
5 Certified Public Accountants of 1973, without exception.
6 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
