                          In the House of Representatives, June 14, 1976

     1     RESOLVED, That clause (e) of subparagraph (1) of the fifth
     2  paragraph of Rule 14 of the House of Representatives be amended
     3  to read:
     4                              RULE 14
     5                  MEMBERS' AND EMPLOYEES' EXPENSES
     6     * * *
     7     Allowable expenses of Members and documentation required with
     8  each voucher are as follows:
     9     (1)  Travel expense on legislative business:
    10     * * *
    11     (e)  Lodging, restaurant charges and miscellaneous expenses
    12  while away from home. Vouchers only for expenses not in excess
    13  of [thirty-five] forty-four dollars a day.
    14     * * *
    15  and be it further RESOLVED, That this amendment take effect
    16     immediately and be retroactive to April 1, 1975.
