                       In the House of Representatives, February 5, 1975

     1     RESOLVED, That the Rules of the House of Representatives be
     2  amended by adding a section to read:
     3                             RULE 73.1
     4                        Radio and Television
     5     Filming, televising or broadcasting of any sessions of the
     6  House of Representatives, within the House chamber is prohibited
     7  except by resolution, which shall be privileged for the
     8  immediate consideration of the House and shall be approved by a
     9  majority of the Members of the House.
