AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Historical Society of
2 Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for maintenance and
3 general operation.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $50,000, or as much thereof, as may be
7 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Historical Society of
8 Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year
9 July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977, for maintenance and general
10 operation of the historical society.
11 Section 2. The Historical Society of Pennsylvania shall
12 present its financial statements and report in accordance with
13 generally accepted accounting principles.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
