                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Health for the
     2     period July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977 for the purchase of
     3     laboratory equipment.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $1,200,000, or as much thereof as may
     7  be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Health
     8  for the fiscal year July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977 for the
     9  purchase of moveable equipment for the State laboratory.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1976.
