AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the
2 Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $10,000,000, or as much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
7 Department of Commerce for the Pennsylvania Industrial
8 Development Authority for the purposes set forth in the act of
9 May 17, 1956 (P.L.1609, No.537), known as the "Pennsylvania
10 Industrial Development Authority Act."
11 Section 2. Any moneys of this appropriation which are
12 uncommitted, unencumbered or unexpended on June 30, 1977 shall
13 lapse.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1976.
