AN ACT
1 Repealing certain highway projects in Philadelphia relating to
2 the Northeast Expressway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Projects (7), (11) and (24) of clause L of Part B
6 of section 2, act of March 26, 1970 (P.L.229, No.94), known as
7 the "Capital Budget Act for Fiscal Year 1969-1970, Highway
8 Project Itemization Supplement," are repealed.
9 Section 2. Projects (5) and (17) of clause XLI, of part B of
10 section 2, act of January 26, 1972 (P.L.686, No.185), known as
11 the "Capital Budget Act for Fiscal Year 1971-1972, Highway
12 Project Itemization Supplement," are repealed.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
