AN ACT
1 Prohibiting prosecutions for the use of weapons in the defense
2 of a person's dwelling or his life.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. No person shall be prosecuted under the
6 provisions of the act of December 6, 1972 (P.L.1482, No.334),
7 known as the "Crimes Code," for the use of a weapon in the
8 defense of his dwelling place or his life.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
