AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Department of Environmental
2 Resources for the payment of the Commonwealth's share of
3 expenses and charges in connection with utilities expansions
4 and construction by municipalities or municipal authorities
5 and extensions to State institutions.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The following amounts are appropriated to the
9 Department of Environmental Resources for two fiscal periods
10 beginning July 1, 1975, as the Commonwealth's share of expenses
11 and charges for utilities expansion, construction and extension
12 to State institutions.
13 To the Chester Water Authority..................... $384,000
14 To the South Fayette Township Municipal Authority.. 475,000
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
