AN ACT
1 Amending the act of November 24, 1967 (P.L.615, No.277),
2 entitled "An act changing the name of the Indiantown Gap
3 Military Reservation," renaming the reservation as "Fort
4 Indiantown Gap Military Reservation" GAP" and naming the <--
5 Headquarters Building "Edward Martin Hall."
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Sections 1 and 2, act of November 24, 1967
9 (P.L.615, No.277), entitled "An act changing the name of the
10 Indiantown Gap Military Reservation," are amended to read:
11 Section 1. (a) The military installation known as the
12 Indiantown Gap Military Reservation is hereby officially
13 designated as [the [Edward Martin] Fort Indiantown Gap Military <--
14 Reservation] FORT INDIANTOWN GAP. <--
15 (b) The Headquarters Building of the DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY <--
16 AFFAIRS AT Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation is hereby <--
17 officially designated as Edward Martin Hall.
18 Section 2. All laws applicable to the [Indiantown Gap
19 Military Reservation] Edward Martin Military Reservation shall
1 hereafter apply with equal force to [the [Edward Martin Military <--
2 Reservation] Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, and all <--
3 references to the [Indiantown Gap Military Reservation] Edward
4 Martin Military Reservation, in legislation or otherwise, shall
5 hereafter apply to [the [Edward Martin Military Reservation] <--
6 Fort Indiantown Gap. Military Reservation. <--
7 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
