        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND WELFARE, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, JUNE 25, 1975

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making it unlawful to have pay toilet facilities under certain
     2     circumstances and prescribing penalties.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  It shall be unlawful for any person, PARTNERSHIP,  <--
     6  CORPORATION, TRUST, INCORPORATED ASSOCIATION AND ANY OTHER LEGAL
     7  ENTITY operting a business, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,        <--
     8  AIRPORTS, TRAIN STATIONS, BUS TERMINALS AND ANY COVERED
     9  ENTERPRISES AND FACILITIES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC to permit the
    10  existence in connection therewith of toilet facilities the
    11  entrance to which or the operation of which requires the payment
    12  of a consideration.
    13     Section 2.  A violation of this act shall be a summary
    14  offense punishable by the payment of a fine of $300 and
    15  imprisonment for a term of not more than 90 days. Each day of
    16  violation shall constitute a separate offense.

     1     Section 3.  This act shall become effective in 30 days.
