                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of March 27, 1713 (1 Sm. L. 76), entitled "An
     2     act for limitation of actions," reducing certain age
     3     requirements.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1. Section V., act of March 27, 1713 (1 Sm. L. 76),
     7  entitled "An act for limitation of actions," is amended to read:
     8     V. Provided nevertheless, That if any person or persons, who
     9  is or shall be entitled to any such action of trespass, detinue,
    10  trover, replevin, actions of account, debt, actions for
    11  trespass, for assault, menace, battery, wounding or
    12  imprisonment, actions upon the case for words, be, or at the
    13  time of any cause of such action given or accrued, fallen or
    14  come, shall be, within the age of [twenty-one] eighteen years,
    15  feme covert, non compos mentis, imprisoned, or beyond sea, that
    16  then such person or persons shall be at liberty to bring the
    17  same actions, so as they take the same within such times as are
    18  hereby before limited, after their coming to or being of full
    19  age, discoverture, of sound memory, at large, or returning into

     1  this province, as other persons.
