                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the University of
     2     Pennsylvania for the general maintenance and operation of the
     3     University of Pennsylvania Museum.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $100,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Trustees of the
     8  University of Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1976
     9  to June 30, 1977 for the general maintenance of the University
    10  of Pennsylvania Museum and the purchase of such apparatus and
    11  equipment as the trustees may deem necessary for the best
    12  interest of the University of Pennsylvania Museum.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1976.
