        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, JUNE 24, 1980

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the County Commissioners of Fayette
     2     County.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $200,000, or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the County
     7  Commissioners of Fayette County FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1980  <--
     8  TO JUNE 30, 1981 solely for the operation and maintenance of the
     9  Great Meadows Amphitheater Project located in Fayette County,
    10  Pennsylvania.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately JULY 1,     <--
    12  1980 OR IF ENACTED SUBSEQUENT TO THAT DATE, THEN IMMEDIATELY.
