AN ACT

Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for control of public travel on

private property by owner.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 6113 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania

Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

§ 6113.  Control of public travel on private property by owner.

(c)  Parking lot.--The owner of real property that is used by

the public for parking motor vehicles while patronizing a

business, social or religious establishment may request the

local authority to enforce the registration and financial

responsibility requirements contained in this title on the

property.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
