                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1225), entitled "An act
     2     concerning game and other wild birds and wild animals; and
     3     amending, revising, consolidating, and changing the law
     4     relating thereto," increasing the maximum purchase price per
     5     acre the commission may pay for land exclusive of Federal and
     6     other cost-sharing funds.

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The first paragraph of section 903, act of June
    10  3, 1937 (P.L.1225), known as "The Game Law," amended May 24,
    11  1956 (P.L.1736), is amended to read:
    12     Section 903.  Purchase Price.--For land to be used as State
    13  Game Lands the commission may pay what it considers a fair and
    14  reasonable price not exceeding one hundred dollars per acre
    15  exclusive of Federal and other cost-sharing funds and consistent
    16  with the market value of land in the locality in which any such
    17  land may be located.
