| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, providing for use of armory fitness |
3 | facilities. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
7 | Statutes is amended by adding a section to read: |
8 | § 1513. Use of armory fitness facilities. |
9 | An active duty or retired member of the armed forces of the |
10 | United States or its reserve components shall be entitled to use |
11 | the fitness facilities of any armory in this Commonwealth. The |
12 | State Armory Board shall establish rules and regulations for the |
13 | use of armory fitness facilities. |
14 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
