AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for performance audits of the
3 Pennsylvania Game Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 522(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 522. Appropriation and audit of moneys.

10 (b) Audit and report.--The commission shall submit an annual
11 written and oral report to the Game and Fisheries Committees of
12 the Senate and the House of Representatives no later than
13 November 30 of each year. The written report shall include
14 complete budgets for the current fiscal year and for the fiscal
15 year about to commence. An audit of the budget for the
16 concluding fiscal year shall be conducted by the Legislative
17 Budget and Finance Committee and shall be submitted to the Game
18 and Fisheries Committees no later than November 30 of each year.
1 The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee shall, during the
2 annual audit, conduct a performance audit on such segments of
3 the commission's budget as either the House of Representatives
4 or the Senate indicates in a resolution approved by either body.

6 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
