AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, authorizing certain signs on side and rear windows.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 4524(b) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
7 § 4524. Windshield obstructions and wipers.

9 (b) Obstruction on side and rear windows.--
10 (1) No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any
11 sign, poster or other nontransparent material, including ice
12 or snow, upon the side wings or side or rear windows of the
13 vehicle which materially obstructs, obscures or impairs the
14 driver's clear view of the highway or any intersecting
15 highway.
16 (2) This subsection shall not apply to small "Baby on
17 Board" signs if placed in the corner of a side or rear
1 window.
