                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Labor and Industry
     2     for Workmen's Compensation payments.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $2,351,321, or as much thereof as may
     6  be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Labor
     7  and Industry for the fiscal year July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977
     8  to carry out the provisions of section 306(h) of the act of June
     9  2, 1915 (P.L.736, No.338), known as "The Pennsylvania Workmen's
    10  Compensation Act."
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately and apply
    12  retroactivly to July 1, 1976.
