AN ACT
1 Repealing section 207 of the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31,
2 No.21), entitled "An act to consolidate, editorially revise,
3 and codify the public welfare laws of the Commonwealth."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 207, act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31,
7 No.21), known as the "Public Welfare Code," is repealed.
8 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
