AN ACT
1 Providing for the sale of copies of deeds.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. Sale of copies of deeds.
5 Counties shall be prohibited from offering for sale the copy
6 of a deed to any person who is not listed as a party in the deed
7 of conveyance.
8 Section 2. Effective date.
9 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
