AN ACT 1 Amending the act of August 4, 1991 (P.L. , No.7A), entitled 2 "An act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of 3 the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the 4 Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for 5 the fiscal year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, for certain 6 institutions and organizations, and for the payment of bills 7 incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year 8 ending June 30, 1991; to provide appropriations from the 9 State Lottery Fund, the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization 10 Fund, the Energy Conservation and Assistance Fund, the 11 Hazardous Material Response Fund, The State Stores Fund and 12 the Emergency Medical Services Operating Fund to the 13 Executive Department; to provide appropriations from the 14 Judicial Computer System Augmentation Account to the Judicial 15 Department; to provide appropriations from the Motor License 16 Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, for 17 the proper operation of the several departments of the 18 Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Police authorized to 19 spend Motor License Fund moneys; to provide for the 20 appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive and Judicial 21 Departments of the Commonwealth and for the establishment of 22 restricted receipts accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 23 1991, to June 30, 1992, for the payment of bills incurred and 24 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 25 30, 1991, and for the transfer of certain funds; and making a 26 repeal," providing additional appropriations from the General 27 Fund AND FROM FEDERAL FUNDS. <-- 28 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 29 hereby enacts as follows:
1 Section 1. As much of the State appropriation for juvenile 2 probation grants in section 202 of the act of August 4, 1991 3 (P.L. , No.7A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 4 1991, vetoed in part August 4, 1991, is amended to read: 5 Section 202. Executive Offices.-- 6 The following amounts are appropriated 7 to the Executive Offices: Federal State 8 * * * 9 For payments of grants to political 10 subdivisions to assist in the 11 improvement of juvenile probation 12 services. [This appropriation includes 13 at least $3,900,000 for additional 14 intensive probation and aftercare 15 services for reducing lengths of stay 16 and/or placements of juvenile 17 offenders. 18 State appropriation........ 7,383,000] 19 State appropriation........ 5,483,000 20 * * * 21 Section 2. As much of the State appropriation for court- 22 ordered payments in section 212 of the act is amended to read: 23 Section 212. As much of the FEDERAL APPROPRIATION FOR MEDICAL <-- 9 ASSISTANCE FOR STATE MENTAL HOSPITALS AND THE State 10 appropriation for cash assistance and medical assistance - long- 11 term care facilities in section 219 of the act are amended to 12 read: 13 Section 219.
