AN ACT
1 Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, extending the expiration date of the
3 Pennsylvania Veterans' Memorial Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1906 of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1906. Expiration of chapter.
9 This chapter shall expire [June 30, 1995] June 30, 1999.
10 Section 2. The amendment of 51 Pa.C.S. § 1906 shall be
11 retroactive to June 30, 1995, if enacted after that date.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
