                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 19, 1830 (P.L.118, No.63), entitled
     2     "A supplement to the act entitled 'An act to protect the
     3     public in the full benefit and enjoyment of the works
     4     constructed for the purposes of inland navigation.'"

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of March 19, 1830 (P.L.118, No.63),
     8  entitled "A supplement to the act entitled 'An act to protect
     9  the public in the full benefit and enjoyment of the works
    10  constructed for the purposes of inland navigation,'" is
    11  repealed,
    12     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
