AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for regulations of the
3 Pennsylvania Game Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2102(d) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 2102. Regulations.

10 (d) Traps, firearms, ammunition and other devices.--[The]
11 (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the commission
12 shall promulgate regulations stipulating the size and type of
13 traps, the type of firearms and ammunition and other devices
14 which may be used, the manner in which and the location where
15 the devices may be used, the species the devices may be used
16 for and the season when the devices may be used.
1 (2) The commission may not issue regulations which
2 preclude the use of electronic sound amplification devices
3 which cover the ear or ears completely OR FIT INTO THE EAR OR <--
4 EARS.
