AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, repealing provisions
3 relating to certain appeals from the Pennsylvania Labor
4 Relations Board.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 933(a)(1)(vii) of Title 42 of the
8 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is repealed.
9 Section 2. Each court of common pleas shall retain
10 jurisdiction over appeals of cases filed and pending with them
11 prior to the effective date of this act.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
