        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS, JUNE 16, 1993

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation from the Milk Marketing Fund to the Milk
     2     Marketing Board; making a transfer from the General Fund to
     3     the Milk Marketing Fund; and making repeals.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6  Section 1.  Milk Marketing Board.
     7     The sum of $1,757,000, or as much thereof as may be
     8  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Milk Marketing Board
     9  from the Milk Marketing Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1993,
    10  to June 30, 1994, for the operation of the Milk Marketing Board.
    11  Section 2.  Transfer to Milk Marketing Fund.
    12     The sum of $125,000 is hereby appropriated from the General
    13  Fund for transfer to the Milk Marketing Fund for the fiscal year
    14  July 1, 1993, to June 30, 1994.
    15  Section 3.  Repeals.
    16     Sections 233 and 1101 of the act of May 28, 1993 (P.L.    ,
    17  No.1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 1993, are

     1  repealed.
     2  Section 4.  Effective date.
     3     This act shall take effect July 1, 1993, or immediately,
     4  whichever is later.
