AN ACT
1 Authorizing and mandating the Office of the Attorney General to
2 file a class action lawsuit with respect to certain veterans.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The Office of the Attorney General shall file a
6 lawsuit against the appropriate military and civilian agencies
7 of the United States Government on behalf of a class of
8 individuals residing in Pennsylvania, who may have been injured
9 because of contact with chemical defoliants or herbicides or
10 other causitive agents, including Agent Orange. Such lawsuit
11 shall request release of information relating to exposure to
12 such chemicals during military service and require release of
13 individual medical records.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
