AN ACT 1 Repealing the act of April 6, 1802 (P.L.265, No.91), entitled 2 "An act authorizing the sale of Provisions, Vegetables and 3 Fruit, in the markets of any city, borough or corporate town 4 within this Commonwealth." 5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 6 hereby enacts as follows: 7 Section 1. The act of April 6, 1802 (P.L.265, No.91), 8 entitled "An act authorizing the sale of Provisions, Vegetables 9 and Fruit, in the markets of any city, borough or corporate town 10 within this Commonwealth," is repealed. 11 Section 2.
