AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 15, 1874 (P.L.193, No.126), entitled
2 "An act requiring county commissioners, railroad and other
3 corporations to make annual reports to the secretary of
4 internal affairs, in lieu of similar reports heretofore made
5 to the auditor general."
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The act of May 15, 1874 (P.L.193, No.126),
9 entitled "An act requiring county commissioners, railroad and
10 other corporations to make annual reports to the secretary of
11 internal affairs, in lieu of similar reports heretofore made to
12 the auditor general," is repealed.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
