AN ACT
1 Requiring the Department of Public Welfare to complete the
2 implementation of a certain computer network relating to
3 child support enforcement.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Computer network completion.
7 The Department of Public Welfare shall complete the
8 implementation of the child support enforcement computer
9 network, as required by the Family Support Act of 1988 (Public
10 Law 100-485, 102 Stat. 2343), not later than December 31, 1995.
11 Section 2. Effective date.
12 This act shall take effect immediately.
