AN ACT
1 Amending the act of January 7, 1952 (1951 P.L.1841, No.492),
2 entitled "An act fixing the fees or costs to be charged by
3 aldermen, magistrates and justices of the peace, and imposing
4 liability therefor upon the county in certain cases," further
5 providing for certain fees in civil cases.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 4, act of January 7,
9 1952 (1951 P.L.1841, No.492), known as the "Minor Judiciary Fee
10 Bill," amended June 1, 1959 (P.L.343, No.71), is amended to
11 read:
12 Section 4. Civil Cases.--(a) The fees to be charged by the
13 minor judiciary in every civil case, except as hereinafter
14 provided, shall be as follows:
15 (1) Assumpsit or trespass involving $100 or
16 less...........................................$ 7.50
17 (2) Assumpsit or trespass involving more than
18 $100 but not more than $300....................$10.00
19 (3) Assumpsit or trespass involving more than
1 $300 but less than $500........................$12.50
2 (4) Assumpsit or trespass involving more than
3 $500...........................................$15.00
