AN ACT
Amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in child protective services, further
providing for volunteers having contact with children.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 6344.2 of Title 23 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 6344.2. Volunteers having contact with children.

(b.2) Fee.--The Pennsylvania State Police and the department
may not charge a fee to a volunteer, employer, administrator,
supervisor or other person responsible for selection of
volunteers for the information required under this section.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
