AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the limited hunting of
3 woodchucks on Sundays.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2303(b.1) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 2303. Hunting on Sunday prohibited.

10 (b.1) Exceptions.--Subsection (a) shall not apply to:
11 (1) The hunting of foxes.
12 (2) The hunting of coyotes.
13 (3) Any hunting which occurs on noncommercial regulated
14 hunting grounds holding a valid permit under section
15 2928(b)(2) (relating to regulated hunting grounds permits).
16 (4) The hunting of woodchucks only with the written
17 permission of the landowner or lessee.

2 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
