                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating State Route 3160 in Allegheny County as the 99th
     2     Infantry Division Memorial Highway.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Designation of certain highway.
     6     State Route 3160 in Allegheny County, also known as Business
     7  Route 60, is designated and shall be known as the 99th Infantry
     8  Division Memorial Highway.
     9  Section 2.  Erection of appropriate markers.
    10     The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
    11  appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road as the
    12  99th Infantry Division Memorial Highway.
    13  Section 3.  Effective date.
    14     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
