Amend Bill, page 19, by inserting between lines 7 and 8
Section 12. Effect of cost on rates.
The cost of the development, maintenance, construction or
other activities allocated to or undertaken by a public utility
as defined in 66 Pa.C.S. ยง 102 (relating to definitions) to
comply with this act shall not be made a part of the rate base
or otherwise be included in the rates charged by the public
utility to its customers.
Amend Bill, page 19, line 8, by striking out "12" and
inserting
