Amend Bill, page 8, by inserting between lines 13 and 14
(e) Use of funds.--Reimbursements received by a school
district under subsection (c) or municipality under subsection
(d) shall be used by the municipality or school district to
reduce municipal property taxes or school district property
taxes through:
(1) a homestead or farmstead exclusion; or
(2) a reduction in millage rate.
