Amend Bill, page 3, lines 3 and 4, by striking out "work
independently or for a competing employer" and inserting
practice independently or in the employment of a competing
employer after the term of employment
Amend Bill, page 5, lines 7 through 10, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
(1) Section 5 shall take effect in 30 days.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect
immediately.
