Section 501. Applicability.
(a) General rule.--Except as otherwise provided in
subsection (b), the provisions of the act of June 28, 2019
(P.L.839, No.1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of
2019, shall apply to this act.
(b) Retroactivity.--This act shall be retroactive to July 1,
2019.
Section 502. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
