through 6; by striking out "LIMITATIONS ON TREATMENT.--
TELEMEDICINE SERVICES OR" in line 27, all of lines 28 through 30
on page 22 and all of lines 1 through 6 on page 23 and inserting
Construction.--Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to
permit a health care provider to provide health care services in
violation of a Federal or State law or regulation.
