said lines and inserting

or not-for-profit entity.
(F) Any other business entity.
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 22 and 23
"Business entity." A domestic or foreign:
(1) business corporation;
(2) nonprofit corporation;
(3) general partnership;
(4) limited partnership;
(5) limited liability company;
(6) unincorporated nonprofit association;
(7) professional association; or
(8) business trust, common law business trust or
statutory trust.
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 15 and 16, by striking out
"nonprofit corporation, nonprofit unincorporated association,
nonprofit organization or for-profit corporation" and inserting
business entity
Amend Bill, page 4, line 27, by striking out "in 60 days" and
inserting
