Amend Bill, page 1, lines 21 through 24, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 1. The definition of "residual waste" in section 103
of the act of July 7, 1980 (P.L.380, No.97), known as the Solid
Waste Management Act, is amended and the section is amended by
adding a definition to read:
Amend Bill, page 2, line 5, by inserting after "generation"
blast furnace,
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 11 through 26, by striking out all
of said lines
Amend Bill, page 3, line 16, by inserting after "generation"
blast furnace,
