Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting after line 30
(e) Reimbursement of expenses.--The Commonwealth shall
reimburse a municipality for the expense of any costs, fines,
fees, damages or judgment ordered to be paid by a municipality
in a civil action brought by or on behalf of an individual
aggrieved by the acts of a municipality, taken in good faith,
under this section.
Amend Bill, page 4, line 1, by striking out "(E)" and
inserting
