AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 5

Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting between lines 9 and 10
Section 2. Within 30 days of the effective date of this
section, the Attorney General shall notify in writing all
municipalities of the provisions of 53 Pa.C.S. § 305.
Amend Bill, page 4, line 10, by striking out "2" and
inserting

Amend Bill, page 4, line 10, by striking out "in 60 days."
and inserting
as follows:
(1) The addition of 53 Pa.C.S. §§ 102 and 305 shall take
effect in 60 days.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect
immediately.
